About Robert

I offer private lessons in traditional martial arts and Olympic Style Karate. I hold a third degree blackbelt rank in Tae Kwon Do and American Karate as well. I am the founder of a fighting system known as Burendo Karate. I earned my Rank under 5 time World Champion Grandmaster Raymond McCallum and I am currently training in Shotokan Karate under Shihan Michael Jackson. I am also a licensed and certified kata and kumite judge for the National Karate-Do Federation, the giverning body for Team USA Olympic Karate. I have produced numerous state and National champions and specialize in teaching children ages 5 and above. I have been teaching for over 10 years and train with numerous high level athletes including World Champions and current Team USA team members. If you're looking for real karate that produces real results on and off the mat, look no further.

I have witnessed unbelievable transformations in my students across rhe board. More confidence, respect for themselves and others, the ability to focus and stay on task and leadership initiatives soar. I love seeing my students reach higher than they knew they could. I am a no-nonsense teacher that makes my students strive for greatness while setting realistic and obtainable goals.
