About Raphael
As a current professional boxer, my experience & expertise offers true mix of innovation & effectiveness.
I truly enjoy teaching others the sport I love! It's also very satisfying when you can coach someone and see real results and progress.
1 hour session
Combining boxing with high-intensity strength and conditioning training offering a dynamic, full-body workout that not only enhances physical fitness but also helps in boosting confidence. It's a fantastic way to feel empowered and equipped with the tools to achieve your best self.
Initially I started teaching groups and found that most of the students learn better when doing one on one classes, so I decided to start offering them.
I have 7 years of boxing experience.

Yes. $50 for one hour session (at gym) which is a mixture of boxing and HIIT (high intensity tranining) and/or a monthly package for $350/mth which provides 3 sessions a week & includes gym membership access.
