Weight Loss Training Classes Using Boxing based movements & techniques + Bodyweight Exercises + Competitive Boxing. Exclusively by appointment, Must be 16 or older, if under 18 must have legal guardian consent.

Available services: the boxing, the health benefits both physical & mental, helping others improve their lives, improve their wallets, goals, mental aspect, & maintain a balance between emotions and energy levels.

I became the Fitness Club President in college and always liked helping people so it came natural. 



25yrs experience in Physical & Nutritional studies, 6rs boxing, Personal Training, Boys & Girls Club Coach, & leadership roles in college clubs, USA BOXING Certified Coach.
