About Sydney

There are so many thoughts and conceptions on the subject of martial arts. True, there are differing philosphies in the details. Martial Arts Training provides a format for physical fitness, emotional stability, and mental focus through the practice and increased discipline in theses areas over time. Kuk Sool Won is designed with families in mind. People routinely begin from as young as 3 years old and also in retirement, and everywhere in between. Anyone who desires will benefit from training in multiple areas! Today's martial arts lessons are designed to enhance these areas no matter where your current skills reside. Give it a shot...is what youre doing now working well for you??

Studying martial arts does not necessarily translate to teaching.  I have taught clincal skills for dentistry, FDA rules and regulations in food service, and skills used at Halloween to create thrills and chills - to name a few things. Prior to opening a facility, I spent 4 years in apprenticeship learning how to teach and convey martial arts information. Continued education in business management and martial arts takes place weekly, monthly, and quarterly!!!!  You want quality and Kuk Sool Won strives to deliver.
