About Ian
I have worked as a peer tutor and a tutor for students younger than me for multiple years now. I take great joy in helping students succeed and work to do my best to help foster their own interest and curiosity. Right now, I am working on finishing up my double bachelor's degree in Physics and Astrophysics at UC Berkeley. I also have an Associate's degree for transfer in mathematics as well. Math and physics are not just my fields of interest, but they are my hobbies as well and I love to help others who are struggling or would like extra help!

I like to get to know students by learning about their goals for education and how they see themselves and where they fit into their plans for education. Then, I like to get to know how the student understands the subject they desire help with. This allows me to create a plan and set goals for the student to help them the best I can with their learning journey.
