About Amara
I am a Junior in high school looking to help students love learning! I have experience working with children through my church through Sunday school lessons. In eighth grade I was part of a mentorship program where I did one-on-one work with fifth graders, and I really enjoyed being able to help the students. I would be interested in tutoring students in pretty much any grade. I am strongest in math and science but could do English and social studies as well. For high schoolers, the only AP I have taken so far is chemistry, and I got a 5 on the exam. If I were to be your tutor I would be patient and try to guide you into figuring things out rather than simply giving answers.
