About Erin
I have extensive experience teaching and tutoring professionally at all levels, from grade school through college, in most subjects. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Marine Science, with minors in Psychology and Chemistry, from the University of Miami. I am completing a PhD in Neuroscience in July 2024. I excel at helping students of all levels identify what aspects of a subject they're struggling with, and finding ways to address those areas in ways specifically tailored to the student. I firmly believe that everyone can learn- we all just need some help sometimes. Subjects I work best in as a tutor include:
-Biology (all levels)
-Science of all fields through high school levels
-Writing/ Developing writing skills
-English/literary analysis, and developing analysis skills
-Math, through algebra and trigonometry
-Introductory Spanish
