About Sanjana

I am a recent graduate in Cell and Molecular Biology from Augusta University; I graduate summa cum laude, with a 3.8 overall GPA. When tutoring I will be very attentive to multiple learning styles and will tailor explanations to each individual student. I have tutored elementary school students in math, and I have also worked at Kumon Math and Reading Center.

I enjoy working with kids and helping them understand the subjects that I am passionate about. I have had a lot of experience working with kids by teaching at my dance school and interning at the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Rehabilitation Center.

I began tutoring my piano teacher's daughter, who had a learning disability, in math. I experienced such joy when she began to score higher on tests and started to enjoy going to classes. I then applied for a job at Kumon to continue helping other students.

I have graduated with a BS degree in Cell and Molecular Biology.

When working with a new student, I like to start off by determining their strengths and weaknesses in order to provide extra attention to improve certain areas.

I have worked mainly with elementary and middle school students.
