About Karim

I see school work as a form of solving puzzles, so getting to approach a difficult problem and discover a solution is sort of fun for me! Having taken some very challenging courses in my college career, I understand the frustration of feeling left behind when struggling, and I also understand the difficulty of getting help from school resources. I strive to provide an extensive, measured approach to make sure that students feel at ease with both the material and myself, as well as pose the concepts in a non-intimidating fashion.

I am a Junior from UC San Diego studying Human Biology and Psychology. I have experience with both AP and College level Calculus and Statistics and I also have extensive knowledge in general math. I've also have a lot of experience as a Math tutor throughout both high school and college, so I am well versed in explaining concepts in a way that is not intimidating or unforgiving.
