About Body

We train a large variety of clients. This is not crossfit etc. My techniques were developed long ago. I have orthopedic expereince in sports injury management as well as extensive expertise in training a large client demographic

BS biology and a 4 year internship at Bixby hospital and Siena Heights College sports medicine department

MS from Indiana State University in Sports medicine/sports injury rehabilitation

15 years in the clinical setting training and rehabing all orthopedic condtions.
