About Roberto

My training programs are methodically progressive to ensure that results are sustainable. I focuse on stimulating the metabolism through development of lean body mass and toning with my unique way of resistance training.

I'm very passionate about fitness & maintaining my youth. I practice what I preach and I work very hard to lead by example. What I enjoy most is when I have clients that have told me that I have influenced their lives and inspiring people to workout.

I have been a personal trainer for over 8 years. I'm also a Pilates instructor. I have a bachelors degree in human biology with a concentration of degree credits in physiology and nutrition. I'm a NASM certified trainer.
