About Tomi
We provide group and personal training. We are not CrossFit and we modify our 30 or 60 minute workout routines to accommodate you. Weight loss challenges provide meal plans and fun atmosphere for you to safely loose weight and gain muscle.
Love helping clients reach their goals. The smile on thir face when they lose 20 or 30 pounds in a few weeks is so exciting!

The interval training makes the class fly by. I feel stronger, healthier and have more energy than when I was 21. Between kids and work the meal planning really helps me stay on track and saves me so much time. I’m very busy and it just fits into my day perfectly.
Workout was not as bad as I thought it would be for my first day. Very comfortable and inviting environment.
This place is awesome! The coach is great, very personable and the facility is well maintained. You do so much in just a 30 minute workout. It is absolutely worth the price.

Great workout. High intensity interval training. 30 minutes 4 to 6 times a week. My health has improved. Asthma is much more manageable. Love the gym!
Only 30 minute workouts make it easy for me to get on a workout before or after work and get my body in shape. Down 30 lbs in two months :) coaches are awesome and everyone made me feel comfortable working out here
