New techniques are reviewed well so I can benefit from each workout session. The convenience of at my biome session. I can no longer drive. It saves me money because I qqqqqdon’t have to pay a caregiver to drive me and wait for my sessions to be completed each week. LLC is costly but I breakout even over the year. I hope to continue with LLC until I am healed or better due to my disability. Gilbert is knowledgeable about the many parts of the body and he explains why we are doing the exercises I’m taught to do. I always have excellent workouts sessions with LLC. I've known Gil professionally for several years when my then 96 year old mom moved into assisted living in Seal Beach in 2014. Although relatively healthy, she could barely move due to many years of inactivity. With his incredible patience and wonderful personality, Gil, starting slowly and gradually increasing her activities, had Mom walking the stairs from her second floor apartment followed by a walk around the block. Over these past 2 + years, Gil has become her second son and cares for her not only on a fitness level, but on a quality of life level. She, as do we, adores him . She very much looks forward to their time together each week. Mom is now 98 and looking forward to celebrating 100 with Gil by her side. So do we.

Gilbert Orbeso worked with me after my spinal surgery at 68. He was always patient, kind but encouraging. He put up with my excuses when I was feeling low about my progress but then helped me through another exercise. He was incredible and non-judgmental. He got me well enough to go to my local gym but he will say that I got myself well enough. He remains a good friend today.
