Jazzercise Fitness and Personal Training. Variety of classes and formats. Individualized strength, cardio, stretching available.

I have been a certified instructor for 34 years.

I use varied equipment in the session, weights, exertube bands, resist-a-ball, and body weight. Session designed to fit your needs and enhance your individual goals.

I enjoy being able to help individuals reach and attain their fitness and health goals. Success and achieving continued progress is important. I try to make it fun so each person will want to continue working out as a way of life for long term success.
