I am never hungry & lose weight slowly & consistently (the proper way!) so that it is a true lifestyle change & not a diet. You can still eat out & eat normal foods as long as you account for them in your day! Shannon is reachable all the time to answer questions & guide, plus she's an amazing cheerleader to have in your corner. Best thing I ever did!!
