About Rosalie
We offer dance, fitness and Pilates classes for all ages and abilities. We have classes for Postnatal moms, Mommy & Me music and dance, dance classes for kids with special needs, dance for seniors as well as Pilates for teens and adults.

To The Beat is a place where everyone is inspired to move their body to music. Dance is timeless and is inherant in all of us. I enjoy inspiring others to improve their health by movin' and groovin'!
I was a professional ballet dancer and enjoy inspiring others to get up and dance, move and shake, regardless of age or ability. I am also trained in mat Pilates and enjoy teaching the mind-body-core connection to beginner as well as advanced students.
