Fast-paced instruction/workout. Tailored for beginner to advanced. Boxing/Kickboxing concepts, plyometrics, SAQ, and cardio and resistance training.
I have been in martial arts for 18 years.
I am a 2nd degree black belt in the "Superfoot" system, perfected by Bill "Superfoot" Wallace.
