About

Hi, I’m Alexis Capers, a Head Varsity Volleyball Coach, club coach, and founder of Capers Coaching.

I have coached at both the high school and club levels and work with athletes who are serious about improving their skill set, confidence, and volleyball IQ. I specialize in position specific training, technical refinement, and helping athletes understand the why behind what they are doing on the court.

Working with me is structured, high energy, and intentional. I will challenge you, but I will also teach you. Every session has a purpose. We break skills down, focus on footwork and mechanics, and then apply them in game like situations so you leave better than you arrived. I believe in accountability, coachability, and doing the small things well.

Athletes who train with me can expect clear instruction and real time feedback, technical corrections that actually stick, and a positive but competitive environment. I also provide drills and homework so athletes continue improving outside of our sessions.

I care deeply about long term development, not just quick results. My goal is to help you build habits that translate into lasting success, whether that is making your school team, earning more playing time, or preparing for college level volleyball.

I will do an excellent job because I bring experience, preparation, and genuine investment into every athlete I coach. This is not just something I do. It is what I love. I am committed to helping you reach your full potential and showing you what you are capable of when preparation meets opportunity.
