About Tracie

I offer customized, unique playful, yet purposeful alignment-based private sessions and small group classes, helping you gain an edge on yoga poses you may find challenging and enhance the poses you're more comfortable with, while increasing your strength and flexibility.

Teaching a variety of Yoga including Family Yoga, Chair and Senior Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative Yoga, all sessions and classes are accessible for Everyone! I meet you where YOU are!!!

With the desire to share the immeasurable gifts I've received through a 17-year yoga practice, I am so honored and thrilled to be giving back and sharing this truly Moving Meditation with others.

I love watching students grow their physical and mental practice, especially seeing the smiles after class!

I started practicing Bikram yoga in 2001 to relieve stress from a daily NYC commute and to complement regular gym workouts. That first yoga class rekindled a childhood love for inversions, splits and balancing that were developed as a child practicing gymnastics.

Discovering a love for the heated practice, I began to practice hot Vinyasa yoga. It was in these classes that I discovered yoga is truly a moving meditation with the power to heal, strengthen and connect mind to body.

With the desire to share the immeasurable gifts I have received through yoga practice, I completed a 200-hour teacher training through Ft. Lauderdale's Yoga Joint and now teach at several South Florida locations.

Upon connecting, we will communicate by phone for about 10 to 15 minutes so that I can get an overveiw of the student's goals, experience and background.

I teach a wide variety of Yoga Classes including Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair and Senior Yoga and Family Yoga.

Talk with the teacher; ask about their experience, background and current yoga practice.

Ask about their style of teaching.

Most importantly, find someone you connect with.

I recently taught a very well received "Happy Hips and Hamstrings" Yoga Class to live music at Yogi Hari's Ashram in Miramar. It was a blast!
