About Claudette

Trained and certified in Integral yoga. Integral Yoga is the gentle form of Vinyasa and Power Yoga. Based, like all yoga, on Hatha Yoga principles, Integral Yoga provides the practicioner with a complete workout, a complete internal rinse and a meditative calm personna at the end.

I have been teaching for 14 years now. I use Yoga as a physical exercise, a calming method, a behavior modificatication tool in school settings, and a self control method.

Certified in Yoga, I also believe in Holistic approaches to life. So I am also certified in Reiki, cerified in biofeedback and am an innovative, creative cook.

My yoga practice includes Hatha, Power adn Vinyasa Yoga. Teaching Meditation and Relaxation techniques are some of my favorites.

In addition to being a Yoga Teacher, I am also a Special Needs Evaluator, Teacher and Real Estate Broker.
