About Irina
I have been teaching yoga since 2013, working with adults as well as with children. I believe yoga is very beneficial on many levels. I teach gentle, intermediate, and strong classes.
I started teaching my friends, neighbours privately, then in a small yoga studio, and Lucille Roberts and NYSC gyms

I know we all have different strengths abilities and expectations about yoga classes. I am comfortable to teach gentle stretches for beginners as well as more intense classes, or meditation. So to start I would ask a student if he/she has any injuries, and what he/she is looking for from this practice. Then I would teach a sample class to see if a student feels comfortable with me.
I can say I worked with all types
Have no expectations, enjoy your practice, but give 100% always
I posted my first YouTube video of teaching yoga class!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What to expect in the class? What kind of yoga are you teaching? Do you correct the postures? Do I need any props?

She is thorough, attentive to different levels of skill and possible injuries. She has a soothing voice and is an excellent guide
Irina’s class is like a breath of fresh air. She’s so open, calm, and caring, which helps me focus on my yoga and let go of everything else. It’s light and fun and just right!
