About Denisse

I teach all levels yoga. Vinyasa and Dharma Yoga. I am a direct disciple of Sri Dharma Mittra of the highest level.

The Vinyasa flow helps connect the breath with movement in order to cleanse the body, the mind, and spirit. I also teach meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama) to purify the mind and the energetic body (aura) so that the physical body heals and to prevent sickness.

Dharma yoga is a series of secuences that start from Dharma Gentle, 1,2,3, and finally 4. They go increasing in strength, flexibility and balance. There is a level for every student and i embrace that. I also teach Yoga Nidra (yoga of sleep) and psychic development series (to strengthen your aura and develop your psychic abilities).

I love connecting with people and being of service.
