About Hayley
As a professional dancer I incorporate yoga to keep my mind & body connected. I provide a creative, safe space for you to start your yoga and/or dance journey, strengthen your practice, and just to be able to relax your mind and body.
I enjoy the way yoga and dance make me feel and it's even better when I get to provide that feeling for others!
I've always taught dance on and off at dance studios in between contracts. Now I'm teaching full time at a dance studio and virtual yoga lessons as well.
I have a full professional background in dance, performing and teaching. I'm AFPA Yoga Instructor certified.

I ask my students what their goals are and what they want to achieve from my classes. I start with the basics of the style they want to be trained in. Once I can get a sense of where they're at, I can go from there and create a personalized lesson plan.
I've worked with kids and adults of all ages and levels.
