About Lisa
Jedi Yoga is a mother and son wellness team. We specialize in yoga movement and meditation for all shapes of people. We are inclusive and accommodate to our clients needs. Jedi Yoga's method focuses on wellness and is useful in regulating behaviors and emotions through breath work, movement and meditation. We use practices of traditional Hatha Yoga, Taoist Flow, mindfulness and loving/kindness meditations as well as visualizing imagery to teach calming the mind and strengthing the body. We have incorporated the myths of the Jedi training into a new practice of movement and wellness.
We love to help people find their inner strength and path to wellbeing.
