I like to call all prospective students and new students and talk to them about what their goals are, what kind of work they do, and what their hobbies are so that I can see if I am a great fit for them and to help get started on creating a great workout for them individually.

Bethany is awesome! Whether it is personal lesson or a group setting, her class is the best you could get. I have been doing yoga for several years now and I have never found anyone better. Some days I am looking for a workout and some days I just need to calm down and find my center. She has always been able to tailor her session to meet exactly what I am needing. I could not rate her highly enough. An unequivocal five stars!
Bethany is one of the few yoga instructors that I felt like makes you feel completely at ease no matter what level of yoga you are at, yet still gently encourages you to challenge yourself. If you want to learn how to actually incorporate yoga practice into your lifestyle, Bethany is the best teacher for that.
She is an empowering teacher who always arrives with positivity and no judgements for her students!
