About Ila
Ive been working in health and fitness industry since the age of nine, actually 5. As a coach of others I started at age 13 and have been working with athletes (swimmers, runners, lifter, dancer, yogis...) with the mindset of movement of breath, circulation and mind set for each client/student/ practitioner/facilitator.
