My Approach to Tutoring & Sharing Knowledge

My teaching philosophy centers on active synthesis and conceptual breakdown. Science is not about rote memorization; it is about understanding mechanisms. Instead of passive reading, I utilize chronological mechanism mapping—helping students trace cause-and-effect pathways step-by-step until the big picture clicks. My primary techniques include:

Information Triage & High-Yield Outlining: Teaching students how to identify high-tested material and filter out low-yield noise.

Active Recall & Socratic Questioning: Prompting students with targeted questions during session discussions to reinforce retention and identify subtle knowledge gaps in real time.

Clinical & Practical Correlation: Connecting abstract biological mechanisms (e.g., cell signaling or renal filtration) to real-world clinical presentations, making the material relatable, engaging, and memorable.
