About Susan

My name is Susan and the reason I want to teach is because I feel school can sometimes be a tough environment to learn in, and I want to help with that. Learning can be fun and enjoyable! I am currently studying to become a secondary school teacher, however, I remember what it was like to be a student too! My passion is helping people and inspiring interest in a subject they may struggle with.

About the lesson

- I set out to make learning a more enjoyable experience, I am flexible with preparing lessons that suit your learning style the best.
- Typical lesson will be one hour, however if this doesn't suit we can work out another time schedule!
- I am currently studying English in college at Maynooth University, and hope to get a teaching degree in the coming years.
- My lessons are open to secondary school students both junior and senior cycle. I am also offering group lessons if a group of friends are in need of tutoring!

Sue is passionate about English and History, as well as teaching! She is a kind, bubbly and funny person who will put you at ease and take a non-judgemental approach to your learning. Her passion for these subjects and ways of explaining them in simple words is what really makes a difference and helps you understand and remember what you’re learning. On top of her enthusiasm for these subjects, Sue is passionate about teaching and is currently studying for her masters. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
