About Mbali
I am doing my final year in my B Ed studies at the University of Johannesburg. This is one of the best universities we have in the country. I am majoring in English and History. I have also obtained a TEFL certificate from TEFLUniversal. I am very passionate about languages, particularly English. As I mentioned, English is able to build a bridge between different cultures by bringing people from all walks of life together. I also offer lessons in isiZulu, which is my native language. This is just a fun learning experience for someone who wishes to learn an African language.

I believe the best way to teach someone a language is by conversation. instead of bombarding learners with grammar and rules, have them acquainted with everyday words used when greeting, shopping, asking for directions, etc. even have the learners acquainted with the colloquial language, how to know when someone is joking or what may be offensive. language is not only a form of communication but it is also a culture. so in my classes, we will be having day-to-day conversations and just having fun with them. My lessons are aimed at people aged 15-30 years.
