About Lorretta

Many of my students juggle demanding full-time jobs while attempting to grasp complex financial concepts. Silence during our time together is actually my least favorite outcome because hearing a wrong answer out loud allows us to correct your reasoning immediately. I hold a BS Finance degree from the University of Florida and focus on making debits and credits SIMPLE.

My practice covers QuickBooks basics along with double-entry bookkeeping and GAAP fundamentals. We will walk through ledgers and trial balance tasks until you feel steady.

I set concrete work between our meetings to keep your progress moving forward. Trusting your own logic is the goal of our partnership. Hope to speak with you soon.

About the lesson

Confusion often arises when trying to reconcile complex journal entries or closing entries on your own. Financial statements should be logical documents rather than sources of stress.
