About Lawrence
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management. Have played football my entire life at nearly every level. Due to injury, I left the competitive field early. In high school, I had the pleasure of playing for a coach with the 2nd most career wins in the state of North Carolina. I have served as a volunteer coach at several campus, including the Steve Smith pro camp in 2015.

My teaching methods are very relaxed, but I take my time very seriously. I want to make sure you get it right above all else. You can go 100% hard all the time, but if you go 100% doing the wrong thing, then it does you no good. There will be a lot of cardio involved, but technique is most important. As an athlete, control is your greatest asset. I'll teach you to use it. Coordination is also key. Footwork and hand speed, also critical. But don't worry, there's much more to include. All of it is well worth the time to improve.
