My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that students know the best way to learn material, whether it be lecturing, presentations, or trial-and-error. With that in mind I asses each student and create a lesson plan based on how they learn; this means that at every step of the way the student will be giving me input on how the lessons should be structure.
