About Andrew
As a dedicated fourth-year podiatry student at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, I’ve developed a strong foundation in the medical sciences through both clinical experience and research. My role as a Small Group Tutor at Rosalind Franklin University has allowed me to work closely with students, helping them navigate challenging material and develop confidence in their abilities.
I understand that each student learns differently, which is why I tailor my lessons to fit your unique needs and goals. With a background in tutoring and hands-on experience in healthcare, I bring a practical understanding of the subjects I teach, making difficult concepts easier to grasp and apply.
My commitment to your success is evident in my teaching approach, which is patient, methodical, and focused on active learning. Whether you're preparing for exams, struggling with specific topics, or simply looking to deepen your understanding, you can trust me to guide you through the material in a clear, supportive, and professional manner.

As a tutor, my approach centers around personalized learning. I assess each student’s needs and preferred learning style to create a tailored plan that ensures understanding and retention. I break down complex topics into manageable steps, using a mix of explanations, visual aids, and real-world examples to make the material relatable and engaging. My goal is not just to help students memorize information but to understand the “why” behind it.
A typical lesson begins with reviewing the student's current understanding of the subject, followed by introducing new concepts at a pace that suits their learning speed. We reinforce the material through problem-solving, discussions, and interactive learning methods. I emphasize active learning—encouraging students to ask questions, explain concepts back to me, and apply their knowledge to practical scenarios.
What sets me apart is my background in both clinical and research settings, which allows me to offer a deeper understanding of how scientific principles apply in real-life medical situations. Additionally, as a Small Group Tutor, I have experience with students at various levels, ensuring I can adapt to different learning styles and academic needs.
My lessons are suited for high school and college students, particularly those studying biology, chemistry, anatomy, physiology, and related health sciences. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, struggling with a specific topic, or looking to strengthen your overall understanding, I’m here to help you succeed.
