About Liesl
My name is Liesl, I am a native English speaker with experience supporting learners across different age groups from primary school and high school to younger children in catechism and early learning environments. My strength lies in my ability to explain English in a simple, practical, and patient way that helps students truly understand and gain confidence. I focus on creating a calm, encouraging learning space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving at their own pace. My approach is adaptable, and I tailor each lesson to suit the learner's level and needs, whether they are struggling with the basics or looking to strengthen their communication skills. I am currently completing an early childhood certificate with power of play on the WCED website
