About Jennifer

Jennifer is excited to take you on a learning adventure in mathematics, science, environmental science, and reading for grades K-6. She also offers tutoring for remedial work in grades 7 and 8. But more than just teaching, Jennifer's goal is to help students unlock their true potential and achieve the goals they set together. Jennifer's extensive experience is a testament to her commitment to education. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with two concentrations and has spent 25 years in the business sector, where she ran three small businesses. Her role as a substitute teacher for the same duration further solidified her passion for teaching and helping students, ensuring that your child will receive a high-quality education. Jennifer's teaching approach is centered on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. This environment is designed to make students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new concepts, ensuring their safety and comfort. Hi friends! This is Mrs. C and welcome to my classroom. I really hope you pick me to be your tutor. I believe that kids learn in a lot of different ways so I don’t teach and tutor the same way with every student. I will modify my lesson plans strictly to your needs only. I believe learning should be engaging, enjoyable, and you are constantly learning. Come to my classroom and I will get you ready for any goal you want to achieve! We can do this together.
