About Kiley
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (2016) and a Master’s degree in Psychology (2018) from Grand Canyon University. I’ve worked in marketing for five years, where I managed social media and online learning systems, and before that, I spent five years as an assistant manager in the apartment industry, training new team members. I also homeschooled my son from ages 2–4, which gave me hands-on experience creating fun, flexible lessons at a child’s pace. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and adaptable — I enjoy using games, stories, and different approaches to make English, reading, and grammar easier to understand. I love helping students build confidence, whether they’re just starting out with reading or want to improve their grammar and writing skills.

My lessons are patient, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I like to go at a comfortable pace and make learning fun through interactive activities, practice exercises, and creative approaches.
For younger students, I use games, stories, and hands-on activities to build confidence in reading and early grammar skills. For older students and adults, I focus on practical grammar, reading comprehension, and writing improvement, with plenty of real-world examples to make lessons relevant.
Every session is flexible — whether you want to improve grammar, strengthen reading comprehension, or feel more confident writing, I will adapt the lesson to your learning style. My goal is to create a positive environment where students feel supported, motivated, and proud of their progress.
