About the lesson

I'm a languages student at the University of Oxford and achieved an A* in English Literature at A level. I understand how teaching can be effective and how important it is to involve the student and incorporate their approach into my lessons; I'm very passionate about helping improvement and about making tutor lessons enjoyable but also highly productive.

Max is really enthusiastic about creative writing, which means that we covered a lot of different ideas and got onto a practical activity. I really enjoy working with Max and I'm excited to see how his confidence and ideas progress, as I already loved the short piece he wrote in our last session after analysing and discussing a short story together!
