About Sam
I am a qualified GCSE English teacher with four years experience teaching English Language and Literature. I am also an examiner for AQA. I have been providing private tuition for 18 months and have been hugely successful in helping students achieve their full potential and reach their target grades.

I believe in personalised learning. We are all different and learn differently so I will sit down with each student and talk to them about how they learn and what they enjoy doing and tailor the lesson accordingly. I like to make things as fun as possible (as fun as poetry can be anyway!) whilst still challenging my students. My ultimate aim is that everyone reaches their full potential and to do that everyone must feel comfortable. I am friendly, approachable and really care about my students and want to make a difference.
