About Sofie
Hello! My name is Sofie-Jade and I’m 18 years old. I graduated from high school 2 years ago with mostly A*/8 and A/7. I have spent the past few years back and forth from Calais teaching the refugees there English and also participating in a lot of hands on cooking activities in order to help and do my bit to soften the crisis for them.
I did spend a year on Alevel English Lit but I discontinued that for a bbc apprenticeship that I will start in September for Journalism and Writing.
As I am fresh out of high school. I am familiar with the new exam boards and I do very much enjoy the exam very much! And I hope my passion shines through with my teaching. I’m generally very optimistic and will be willing to help out through this difficult time.
