I specialise in helping people develop clear, effective applications, build confidence for interviews, and navigate career transitions with practical, honest advice. Whether you’re aiming to enter the civil service, move within public sector roles, or explore new opportunities, I’ll work with you to unlock your potential and help you stand out from the crowd. My approach is supportive and tailored to your needs — from improving CVs and STAR examples to mock interviews and career planning. Each session is flexible and focused on making meaningful progress. And no — I won’t be watching the clock or charging extra if we run 10–15 minutes over. The aim is to leave you with real clarity and confidence, not stress about the clock.
