About Urmila

I am a student and giving tuitions since 1 year and have alot of knowledge about nutrition and a balance diet. Also takes workout classes to be physically fit . Proper nutrition and exercise is important during these pandemic days

About the lesson

My teaching method is totally based on practicals. Because fitness is all about application of knowledge in daily life and change our lifestyle for good. I take classes for everyone whether teens or elder ones because good health is need of everyone.
