About Hastrali
Hi! My name is Hastrali, I'm an aerospace engineer with a MS and BS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University. When I was in college, it was often difficult for me to understand what was going on in my classes. Going to others for help made it easier for me, and I hope to break down what students learn in these tutoring sessions to make them more understandable for others.

Hi! I'm tutoring for students from elementary school up through college learning elementary arithmetic, algebra (1 & 2), calculus (derivative, integral, and multivariable), linear algebra, physics, fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, kinematics, dynamics, solid mechanics, controls theory, attitude dynamics, and systems theory.
I make lesson plans for each student by considering what each student's needs and goals are for the duration of tutoring, and working with the student to develop a plan that works for them.
Typically, I'll begin introducing a concept by asking the student what they already know about the subject. Then, I'll start to work through the concept, making sure they understand what's going on each step of the way. The student will the do some practice problems, and I'll provide feedback on what the student could do better.
I welcome any resources or tools that the student can provide, as well as any feedback they have for me to help me ensure they understand the subject material.
