My lessons are geared towards learners of all ages who struggle with basic reading skills, reading comprehension skills, vocabulary acquisition, basic writing composition, grammar skills, specific learning disabilities such as dyslexia and dysgraphia, and additional specific learning disabilities. My 16 years experience as a general and special educator qualifies me to be a tutor who can guarantee results. I begin all lessons with an assessment of skills to determine a baseline and provide progress after each session. I use the same research based methods that I use in my daily life as classroom teacher.
