About Sirwan

My name is Sirwan. For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of teaching languages, literature, and cultural studies across different academic institutions. I specialize in English, Kurdish, and Farsi, and have had the opportunity to develop curricula and teaching methods that make learning both engaging and accessible for students from all walks of life. Teaching is not just a career for me—it’s a passion. Growing up in a multicultural environment, I realized early on the importance of language as a bridge between different worlds. This realization motivated me to pursue a career in education, where I could help students overcome language barriers and achieve their personal and academic goals. I hold a Cambridge CELTA, and throughout my career, I’ve taught in high schools and language institutes, helping learners improve not just their language skills but also their confidence in navigating a globalized world.
