About Alisa

I'm an English teacher with a passion and over 20 years of experience.

I love working with people and helping them understand the language. I'm particularly good at explaining complex things in simple terms :)

I've worked with students of ages between 4 and 65 and find it interesting to work with different age groups, backgrounds and language levels.

I've helped many of my students to successfully pass their exams (e.g. school graduation exams, FCE, junior-high and high school exams) and I even managed to help - within 8 hours - one student to move to the next grade at school, since it fully depended on him passing English.

I live in England and am happy that I can always practise the language with native speakers on a daily basis.

About the lesson

- lessons are adjusted to students' goals and needs (e.g. some students would like to practise speaking, while others would like to learn the techniques of passing certain exams; also students' language strengths and weaknesses vary, hence do the topics discussed during our lessons)

- lessons usually last 60 min

- I've graduated from English Philology and have been teaching for over 20 years

- the lessons are for students over 11-12 y.o. and above, since it's usually more difficult for younger students to learn online
