About Katie
Hi! I am Katie. I am a recent college graduate! I have a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (Speech Pathology). I have been tutoring for 7 years. I have a wide range of experiences in each of the subjects I tutor. I have worked an internship focusing on Phonological Awareness and helped many students learn to read. I have tutored math and college level math courses for 6 years. I also have worked in the Career Center at my college. I reviewed resumes and helped students prepare for interviews.

I work to understand where the student is confused and work to explain why the answers are correct instead of just saying the answer. This is how I have seen my students succeed.
