About Molly
I am currently a secondary school teacher, teaching GCSE English literature and language to 11-16 year olds (KS3 & KS4). I also have experience in teaching resit, GCSE English Language to post-16 year olds. I have a passion for helping young people achieve their goals. Building their confidence and showing them that they can do it! I have a passion for English as a subject and love to reflect that through my teaching. Whether learners decide to take English into their future careers, or simply use the qualification as a stepping stone for other plans, I am enthusiastic about being a part of that process.

I like to approach learning in an open and dynamic way, adapting to the needs of each individual student. Learning can be intimidating! That's why it is my aim to make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I typically hold 1-hour sessions where I will focus on exam criteria, best approaches and practice. I like to approach lessons with resources, modelled and scaffolded examples and frames in place to help develop the learner into independence.
