I am interested in who you are and the goals you have for yourself as an artist and pre-professional. My favorite type of person to teach is someone who believes they don’t know how to dance because rhythm and groove and flavor live inside of you first. As a dancer who is walking the performer, choreographer, dancer, and battle dancer worlds- I am well equipped with both lived and learned knowledge of both street dance and contemporary dance styles. My pedagogy focuses on groove and how your body feels inside of that. I’m interested in the basics because I believe everyone can be a beginner! I appreciate questions but also play. Learning these (street-dance styles) requires patience and freedom! I’m looking forward to working with you!
