About Theresa
My name is Theresa Tenerelli. I have been teaching English to adults for over twenty years. I have lived and taught abroad in Asia. I truly love teaching! I bring a warm and engaging attitude to my classes. I currently live in San Diego with my two beautiful children and enjoy jogging at the beach, making pottery, reading, traveling, and personal development.

My lessons will accommodate a blend of different learning styles such as the kinesthetic learner, the auditory learner, etc. My lessons are fun and engaging and blend the goals of accuracy and fluency. Every lesson will start with a fun activity to lower the affective filter to allow learners to access their previous knowledge and to be more open to learning.
