We hear the trees call in our hearts
And see them shine under the stars

Creative flow is important cultivating and allowing your own receptivity to natures intelligence and inspiration.
To me creative practice is about movement with the wind and the trees. P
Alternated with stillness. To notice the rocks and moss.
I am happy to share nature and embodiment movement practices to commune with the Elders/elements/akua.
Poetry for me is lived before it is written,through our experiences connections conversations and reflections.
I can share suggestions and ideas foryour own process of observation and creation. Perhaps barefeet on sand. Or your back up against the trunk of a Matua (an old wise tree)
